Who We Are

Edgeworn Blade Journal is an independent editorial outlet covering the people, workshops, and materials behind handmade and collectible knives. We started as a small circle of collectors trading notes on maker marks and steel chemistry, and grew into a publication that reports on the wider world of custom cutlery, bladesmithing, and the trade shows where that community gathers.

Our coverage spans working forges and small-batch workshops, the suppliers and companies that keep the trade running, and the collectors who preserve and study the knives themselves. We are not a retailer and we do not sell knives — our work is reporting, profiles, and field-tested reviews.
